Human Resource Outsourcing Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Provision of human resource outsourcing services for Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority under a framework contract. Bids are invited from experienced firms and companies registered with the relevant tax authorities under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of PKR 41.00 million is required. Technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the opening date.
