Multimedia Projectors Ups Cctv Networking Infrastructure Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multimedia projectors, UPS systems, CCTV security system including installation, and networking infrastructure including supply and installation. Sealed electronic bids are invited from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue in the relevant business category and authorized dealers in Pakistan offering local warranties where applicable. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS together with earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft. The original earnest money shall be submitted in hard copy before the bid submission deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date in the presence of interested bidders.
