Procurement Of Hospital Goods Equipment And Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Procure hospital goods and services including general store items, printing items, stationery, linen, X-ray and MRI films, CSSD items, laundry items, IPC items, laboratory kits, chemicals, reagents, histopathology supplies, biomedical equipment, medical gas supply, electrical items, plumbing materials, air conditioners, refrigeration items, carpentry materials, IT equipment, computer accessories, lift maintenance, security services and related hospital support requirements for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost is required electronically. Bid validity is 180 days. Hard copies are not required. Electronic bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day.
