Description

Procure goods, equipment and maintenance services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 including office furniture, office equipment, electrical items, plumbing materials, paint and hardware, building maintenance materials, mobile oil and lubricants, machinery and equipment, miscellaneous store items, dry ration, prepared ration, security equipment, UPS systems, CCTV systems, crime investigation equipment and repair and maintenance of government buildings. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or other prescribed financial instrument is mandatory and the original instrument shall be submitted with the bid. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee after issuance of the Letter of Award. Samples of quoted items shall be produced when required. Goods shall be delivered to the designated locations within the stipulated period. Taxes including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax shall be deducted as per applicable laws. Approved rates shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-09-01 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
