Procurement Of Industrial Equipment Materials And Specialize Tender Notice
Description
Procure industrial equipment, materials and specialized services including design, supply, installation and commissioning of electric motor driven fire pump with ancillaries, vertical scrubbers with auxiliaries, tubeless radial tyres, mobile devices with application software, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar power system with batteries, hiring of retainer doctor for OPD clinic, hiring of media monitoring services, civil works for installation of tube well boring and installation of deep well ground beds. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures as applicable. Eligible bidders shall comply with the specified technical qualifications including authorized dealership, PEC registration, AEDB/PPIB certification, Government of Sindh electrical contractor licence and other eligibility requirements where applicable. Tender documents contain detailed specifications, bid validity, evaluation criteria, bid security, performance guarantee and submission procedures. For EPADS tenders, bids shall be submitted online through EPADS 2.0 along with required documents and physical bid bond before bid closing. A pre-bid meeting for media monitoring services is scheduled on 17-08-2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after the respective bid submission time.
