Hepatitis B C Treatment Medicines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure medicines for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C treatment for eighteen PKLI filter clinics from pre-qualified firms. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PKLI website. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost for each item in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory and the original instrument shall be submitted before the bid closing time. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies are not required. Bid validity shall be 180 days.
