Dietary Items Procurement Mailsi Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including wheat products - pulses - rice - sugar - cooking oil - loose spices and packed items - bakery items including bread - eggs - chicken - mutton - beef or veal - fresh milk - vegetables and fruits. Experienced and financially sound enterprises registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, where applicable, are invited to participate. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security for each lot shall be 1% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-15 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Daanish School (Boys) Mailsi. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day after bid submission. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is mandatory. Pro Tip: This procurement includes institutional food supplies, dietary products, groceries, wheat products, pulses, rice, edible oil, spices, bakery products, dairy products, poultry, meat, vegetables and fresh fruits for educational institutions under a framework contract.
