Wheat Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of 50000 kilograms of good quality premium milling wheat with moisture content below 13%, minimum test weight of 77 kg/hl, suitable protein level, high milling yield, physical purity and free from pests and musty odours. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure with least cost method. Interested suppliers, firms, authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities shall submit electronic bids through the PPRA EPROCUREMENT portal. Original bid security of Rs. 120,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order shall be delivered before bid closing and scanned copy uploaded online. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Performance guarantee of 5% in the shape of CDR shall be provided after contract award. Estimated cost is Rs. 6,000,000.
