Procurement Of Miscellaneous Supplies And Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous items, stationery, computer hardware, computer software, IT equipment, repair of furniture, fixtures and machinery, transport repair, office building repair, furniture, plant and machinery for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders shall submit profiles, NTN, sales tax, income tax, professional tax and PRA registration certificates. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through PSID and the successful bidder shall furnish a 3% performance guarantee. Technical bids will be opened after bid submission. Rates shall remain valid until 30.06.2027.
