Procurement of miscellaneous goods, supplies, equipment and services for the financial year 2026-27 including hot and cold weather items - POL charges - office stationery - printing of forms and registers - conference and seminar arrangements - newspapers and books - uniforms and protective clothing - exhibition and fair items - miscellaneous stores - ordnance stores and anti-riot equipment - computer stationery - sports items and equipment - training aids - beds and boxes - tents and tarpaulins - free meals - computer hardware - computer software - IT equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - physical assets - vehicle repair and maintenance - machinery and equipment repair - furniture and fixture repair - building maintenance - hardware services - software services. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Each bid shall contain separate Technical and Financial Proposals submitted online through E-PADS. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount of each respective lot shall be submitted separately for every participating head. The successful bidder shall provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Contracts may be awarded on item-wise or head-wise basis and remain valid until 30.06.2027 or completion of the contract period.
