Framework procurement for medical equipment, anatomical models, local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, histopathology equipment, fully automated Hb and protein electrophoresis analyzer on reagent rental basis, fully automated real-time PCR systems for BCR-ABL and MPN panel with reagents, imported and local implants for orthopedic, spine, neurosurgery and dental and maxillofacial procedures, VRF systems, package units, air handling units, office furniture, locally manufactured instruments, split and floor standing air conditioners, VRF and AHU parts and accessories, miscellaneous non-consulting services, miscellaneous items, horticulture items, telephone items, electrical items, sanitary items, AC plant chemicals, welding items, paint items, carpenter hardware, lead walling, mason items, housekeeping consumables, general disposables and accessories, electro-medical equipment parts, low-tech general equipment, vehicle tyres, repair and maintenance of transformers, HT and LT panels, tube well motors, UPS systems, hospital furniture and waste disposal services. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage One Envelope procedures under KPPRA Rules 2014 as applicable to each lot. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS on a Delivered Duty Paid basis in Pakistani Rupees. Separate bid security shall be submitted for each lot and bidders must quote for the complete lot. Original bid security in the form of CDR shall be submitted in hard copy with a scanned copy uploaded with the financial bid. A pre-bid meeting for Lots 1 to 9 will be held on 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Framework contract rates shall remain valid until 30.06.2027 and reagent rental equipment contracts shall remain valid for three years.
