Framework Contract Goods Services Building Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 including hot and cold items, conferences and seminars, exhibitions, fairs, investigation items, stores, training aids, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, entertainment items, hardware, software, plant and machinery, furniture, fixtures, information technology equipment, lubricants, vehicle filters, batteries, tyres, transport repair, stationery, computer stationery, printing services, office building repairs, residential building repairs, machinery repairs and furniture repairs. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot. Bid security equal to 4% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Original bid security shall be submitted before conclusion of bid opening. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports operational supplies, office administration, transport maintenance, information technology, infrastructure maintenance and institutional support services through framework contracting.
