Procurement Of Dietary Items Under Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including wheat products, pulses, rice, sugar, cooking oil, loose spices, packed grocery items, bakery items, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef and veal, fresh milk, vegetables and fruits. The estimated procurement value is divided into separate lots with a bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Procurement shall be carried out under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be submitted online by 10:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is mandatory. Bidders must be experienced, financially sound and registered with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department where applicable. This procurement supports institutional food supply through framework contracting for staple food products, grocery items, dairy products, fresh produce, meat, bakery supplies and kitchen consumables to ensure uninterrupted catering services.
