Dietary Items Framework Contract Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including wheat products, pulses, rice, sugar, cooking oil, loose spices, packed grocery items, bakery products, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef, fresh milk, vegetables and fruits. The estimated procurement value covers all listed lots with separate bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the bid opening date following submission by 10:00 AM. Bidders must be experienced, financially sound and registered with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department where applicable. This procurement supports continuous institutional food supply through framework contracting for staple food items, grocery products, fresh produce, meat, dairy products and kitchen consumables to ensure uninterrupted catering services.
