Framework Contract For Operational Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items, lubricants, dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties, stationery, computer stationery, printing, miscellaneous stores, transport items, machinery, equipment, furniture, hardware, software, information technology equipment and related operational services. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on a lot-wise basis. Bidders shall submit complete bids for each lot with online bid security equal to 1% of the estimated lot cost. Performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports law enforcement logistics, office operations, transport maintenance, information technology and institutional supplies through framework contracting.
