Medicines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines for the financial year 2026-27 with an approximate value of PKR 216.42 million. Bids are invited from reputed pharmaceutical manufacturers, importers and sole country-wise distributors possessing active NTN, STRN and valid drug licence. Tender documents may be obtained against a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. Bids shall be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order. Sealed bids shall be submitted by 10:00 hours and opened at 11:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of an unforeseen public holiday, opening shall take place on the next working day. This procurement supports pharmaceutical supply, hospital medicines, healthcare treatment and uninterrupted availability of essential drugs for patient care.
