Framework Goods Services Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, miscellaneous stores, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, dietary and meal items, electronic items, electrical items, sanitary items, cleaning materials, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, furniture, fixtures, vehicle spare parts, transport repairs, machinery repairs, hardware, office building maintenance, residential building maintenance and renovation works for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall follow open competitive single stage two envelope bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted electronically with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Successful bidders shall furnish a 3% performance guarantee. Bids shall be opened at 12:00 PM on the closing date.
