Framework Contract For Supplies Equipment Repairs And Servic Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase, provision, repair and maintenance of ice and coal, lubricants, stationery, printing services, service charges, miscellaneous stores, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, training aids, Muharram and Chehlum items, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, plant and machinery, furniture, software, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair and hardware and equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall follow open competitive single stage two envelope bidding through Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before bid opening. Performance guarantee of 3% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Samples and brochures shall be provided where applicable. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date.
