Dietary Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 including wheat products, pulses, rice, sugar, cooking oil, loose spices, packed items, bakery items, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef, fresh milk, vegetables and fruits. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 15 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on the closing date and technical bids shall be opened at 10:30 AM. Bid security for each lot shall be 1% of the estimated tender amount in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order.
