Miscellaneous Items Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of miscellaneous goods, supplies and maintenance services on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-2027 including hot and cold weather items - POL lubricants - stationery - printing and publication - exhibitions and fairs - computer stationery - miscellaneous items - beds and boxes - Muharram funds related items - tents and tarpaulins - medicines - transport repair - machinery and equipment repair - furniture repair - building maintenance. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the E-PADS electronic procurement system. Each item-wise bid shall consist of a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical and Financial proposals inclusive of all taxes submitted online. Technical samples or brochures for each item shall be mandatory for evaluation. Bid submission shall close at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligible bidders shall be firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents, dealers or distributors registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each item shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before the submission deadline. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents shall accompany the technical bids, taxes shall be deducted as per government rules, bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027, and hard copy sealed bids may be submitted before the deadline in case of technical issues with E-PADS.
