Procurement of miscellaneous goods, equipment, supplies and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27 including hot and cold weather items - tents and tarpaulins - POL charges - office stationery - printing of forms and registers - conference and seminar items - newspapers and books - uniforms and protective clothing - exhibition and miscellaneous stores - anti-riot equipment - computer stationery - sports items and equipment - training aids - beds and boxes - free meals - computer hardware - computer software - IT equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - physical assets - vehicle repair and maintenance - machinery and equipment repair - furniture repair - building maintenance - hardware services and software services. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure with separate Technical and Financial Proposals inclusive of all taxes. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the opening date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligible bidders shall be well reputed and financially sound firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agencies or dealers having relevant experience and registration with the relevant authorities and tax departments. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount for each respective head or lot shall be submitted separately, while the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price and execute the contract agreement within the prescribed period. Contract validity shall remain effective until 30-06-2027 or completion of the contract period and awards may be made on an item-wise or head-wise basis.
