Public Buildings Construction Repair Package Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of building construction, repair, renovation and solarization works under multiple BSDI Phase-II packages including construction of school buildings, additional classrooms, boundary walls, washrooms, drilling of local bores, water supply systems, solar systems, repair of schools, health units, rest houses and public buildings in District Sherani. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders shall possess Active Taxpayer status, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, required experience, financial turnover, audit reports and bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender fee of PKR 1,500 shall apply for each work. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day through the EPPS System.
