Student Facilitation Center Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a student facilitation center including associated works and services. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical and Financial bids. Eligible firms shall submit bids electronically through EPADS together with a non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000 and bid security of Rs. 160,000. Bids shall be submitted by 02:30 PM and opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. Separate bid, bid security and processing fee shall be submitted for this tender.
