Procurement Of Event Rental And Landscaping Items Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of rental items for tentage, temporary lighting, providing and fixing flaxes and streamers, flowers, flower petals, flags, balloon gates, water bottles, ice boxes, fireworks, plants of different types, paneeri, grass and earth work. The contractor for plantation shall supply, plant, maintain and replace plants for one year including watering and fertilizer application. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in PDF format. Bid securities shall be submitted as specified for each contract. Item-wise rates are mandatory. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the same day.
