Dietary Items Framework Contract Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including Wheat Products - Pulses (Daalein) - Rice - Sugar - Cooking Oil - Loose Spices (Khulay Masala Jaat) and Packed Items - Bakery Items (Bread) - Eggs (Hen) - Chicken - Mutton - Beef / Veal - Fresh Milk - Vegetables and Fruits (Sabziaat aur Phall). Eligible experienced and financially sound enterprises registered with Sales Tax where applicable and Income Tax Departments may participate. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, DD or PO is required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory. Pro Tip: This procurement covers food supply, grocery products, wheat products, pulses, rice, edible oil, spices, bakery products, eggs, poultry, chicken, mutton, beef, fresh milk, vegetables and fruits for institutional catering and wholesale food supply.
