Public Auction Of Sunflower Seed And Maize Produce Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for disposal of agricultural produce comprising approximately 189 maunds of sunflower seed and 47 maunds of maize at the Depalpur Campus. Interested bidders shall provide a copy of their Computerized National Identity Card before participation. Each bidder shall deposit a refundable security of Rs. 15,000 and a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 500 before the auction. The successful bidder shall pay all applicable government taxes. One-third of the total bid amount shall be paid immediately at the auction, while the remaining amount and applicable taxes shall be paid after approval of the competent authority. Removal of the auctioned produce shall be allowed within 20 days after clearance of all dues. The produce shall be sold on an 'as is, where is' basis and quantity or weight may vary; no claim shall be entertained after the auction. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the auction. In case the auction is unsuccessful, re-auctions shall be held on 24th August 2026 and, if required, on 31st August 2026.
