Description

Procurement of stationery items and toner cartridges for the financial year 2026-27 under a closed framework agreement comprising Lot No. 01 for 61 stationery items and Lot No. 02 for 28 toner models totaling 222 units. Sealed bids are invited from General Sales Tax registered firms on FOR Muzaffarabad basis through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Item-wise rates are mandatory and every listed item must be quoted. Samples of all offered items shall accompany the bid and only the successful bidder's samples shall be retained while others will be returned. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Call Deposit in the name of DDO Services Department is mandatory. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance security equal to 1% of the tender value. Bidding documents may be obtained on payment of Rs. 1,500. Applicants seeking bidding documents must submit a certified copy of the Income Tax Certificate. Paper shall be supplied in packs of 500 sheets. Quantities may increase or decrease in accordance with PPRA Rules 2017 Rule 42(c)(iv). No advance payment shall be made and all applicable taxes shall be deducted under prevailing rules. An affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-tax default is mandatory. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Rule 33. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 without escalation.
