Human Resource Outsourcing Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of human resource outsourcing and staff services for educational institution operations. Eligible firms shall be registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 110,000 equal to 5% of the estimated procurement value shall be deposited electronically through 1Link or online bank transfer using PSID. The successful bidder shall provide uninterrupted staffing, immediate replacement of absent personnel and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 8% of the contract value. Bids shall be submitted by 24-08-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM.
