Solarization Project Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Technical and financial proposals are invited for consultancy services for the solarization of the Provincial Assembly Secretariat, MPA Hostel, Speaker House, Governor House, KP House Islamabad and PEDO House Peshawar under the Single Stage Two Envelope Quality and Cost Based Selection procedure. Consultants must possess valid PEC registration with the specified specialization and service codes and be registered with KPRA and FBR. Proposal documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted through EPADS together with sealed hard copies. Bid submission closes at 02:00 PM and technical proposals will be opened at 02:30 PM. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under KPPRA Rules 2014.
