Laboratory Farm Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory and farm equipment for the Department of Climate Change Sciences, Department of Poultry Science (FAHVS), and laboratory equipment, chemicals and glassware for the Department of Plant Protection under TDC and HEC-NRPU projects. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS while original affidavits, original CDR in favour of the Treasurer and original bid fee receipt shall be submitted separately before the closing date. Bid security shall be 4 percent. Bid fee is PKR 3,000 for Lot 1 and PKR 2,000 each for Lots 2 and 3. Bid opening times are 02:00 PM, 02:15 PM and 02:30 PM respectively after submission deadlines of 01:30 PM, 01:45 PM and 02:00 PM. Bidders must possess valid NTN, KPRA registration and Sales Tax registration. Pro Tip: This procurement includes laboratory equipment, farm equipment, scientific instruments, poultry equipment, climate change research equipment, plant protection laboratory supplies, chemicals and laboratory glassware for academic and research laboratories through electronic procurement.
