Android Smartphones Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 1690 Android smartphones for strengthening international mail delivery operations. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Bid security shall be submitted in the form specified in the bidding documents or a Bid Security Declaration where applicable. EPADS registration is mandatory and manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Electronic bids will be opened on the scheduled date and time.
