Procurement Of Tablets And It Hardware Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Android tablets - Wi-Fi access points - UPS units of 5 KVA for the Resource Center and Training System for Parliamentarians in Punjab Assembly and Citizen-Centric Legal Information Assistance Project. The estimated cost of Android tablets is PKR 45,000,000 with fixed bid security of PKR 900,000. Wi-Fi access points have an estimated cost of PKR 10,000,000 with fixed bid security of PKR 200,000. UPS units have an estimated cost of PKR 3,000,000 with fixed bid security of PKR 60,000. Procurement shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other prescribed documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
