Procurement of IT Equipment for Fatima Jinnah Women University for financial year 2026-2027, divided into seven separate lots comprising IT Accessories with estimated cost of PKR 4,247,000 and bid security of PKR 127,410; Scanner with estimated cost of PKR 25,000 and bid security of PKR 750; Graphic Tablets, Graphics Card and VR Head Set with estimated cost of PKR 5,250,000 and bid security of PKR 157,500; Printers with estimated cost of PKR 4,805,000 and bid security of PKR 144,150; Multimedia and Screen with estimated cost of PKR 5,625,000 and bid security of PKR 168,750; Networking with estimated cost of PKR 1,700,000 and bid security of PKR 51,000; and Exchange with estimated cost of PKR 5,000,000 and bid security of PKR 150,000. E-bids are invited on a lot-wise basis from firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, with active taxpayer status. Bidders must submit separate bids for each lot as contracts will be awarded independently. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014, with evaluation under Rule 38-A on a lot-wise basis. Technically compliant and lowest evaluated bids will be accepted. Bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated price of each lot must be transferred electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, with GST indicated separately where applicable. Bid validity is 90 days, extendable for another 30 days. Complete bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA website and university website. Technical and financial bids must be submitted exclusively online through Punjab e-Procurement System. Offers submitted through mail, courier or by hand will be rejected. E-bids must be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. In case of an official or local holiday on the submission date, the next working day will apply.
