Framework Contract For Police Equipment Supplies And Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of electronic communication tracking systems for police vehicles, hot and cold items, information technology equipment, sports items, beds and boxes, tents, pauls, canopies, shamiyana, road safety products, repair of furniture and fixtures, repair of plant and machinery, purchase of plant and machinery, purchase of furniture and fixtures, prefabricated fiber cabins and other physical items. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately through the electronic procurement portal. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted through PSID. Successful bidders shall provide a 5% performance guarantee and supply ordered items within seven days of issuance of the supply order. Samples shall be provided where required.
