Construct a 2x3 duct line with manholes, plinth and earthing for load break switches and a paved pathway for execution of two independent 11kV feeders from the 132kV MES Grid Station to General Headquarters Rawalpindi under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 338,715.30 is required and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Financial bids will be opened at 10:00 AM.
