Students Summer Winter Uniforms Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of boys and girls summer and winter school uniforms for approximately 209 students including shirts trousers belts shoes socks vests ties jerseys qameez shalwar dupatta slips shawls and related uniform items. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities may participate. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded electronically. Bid security of 5% amounting to Rs.175,000 in the form of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Samples shall be provided on bid opening day and supplied uniforms shall be subject to laboratory testing. Performance guarantee of 10% of the successful bid price is required before issuance of the supply order.
