Supply Of Ration For Welfare Institution Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited from registered firms for the daily supply of ration for the year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with a Federal or Provincial registration authority, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and registered with the Halal Food Authority. Bids must be submitted through EPADS. A bid security equal to 5% of the total annual quoted value, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500,000, shall be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by any scheduled bank in favour of the Superintendent Darul Aman Mansehra. Tender documents may be obtained from the District Office Social Welfare Mansehra during office hours or downloaded from the EPADS portal. Technical and financial evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with applicable procurement rules and government tax policies. Bids will be opened through EPADS at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government institution. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids with recorded reasons.
