Description
Appointment of external auditors for financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under open competitive bidding. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0; manual submission is not entertained. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed form, including Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security is 185,000.00 and bid validity is 180 days. Bids close on August 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM and open at 3:30 PM.
