Description
Procurement and supply of one 800-liter fuel bowser. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) will be used. A pre-bid meeting was scheduled for August 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bids must include security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee, together with hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration proof and non-blacklisting undertaking and original bid security. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 and manual bids are not entertained. Bid security is 130,000.00 and bid validity is 120 days. Bids close on August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM.
