Supply Of Petroleum Lubricants And Vehicle Services Tender Notice

Framework Contract for procurement, provision and supply of petroleum, diesel and lubricants for office vehicles for a period of two years, extendable on performance basis. The scope includes petrol Hi-Octane 10,000 liters, diesel Hi-Speed 65,000 liters, Mobil Oil Grade 15W-40 in 4-liter packs 100 packs totaling 400 liters, Mobil Oil Grade 20W-50 in 3-liter packs 160 packs totaling 480 liters, Toyota Grade 20W-50 in 4.2-liter packs 100 packs totaling 420 liters, Power Oil 8 liters, Gear Oil 20 liters, Brake Oil 500 CC 25 bottles, Toyota and equivalent oil filters for specified vehicles, air filters for specified vehicles, diesel filters 70 units, fuel filters 40 units, A.C. filters 20 units, body polish 15 units, dashboard polish 15 units, battery water 10 liters, coolant 60 liters and vehicle service at least once a month on a complimentary basis for 25 services. Office vehicles comprise 19 vehicles including Toyota Altis, Toyota GLI Yaris, Suzuki Cultus, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Hilux, Shehzore and Suzuki Bolan. Petrol and diesel rates shall be equal to or less than the rates notified by the government and OGRA from time to time. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through a Framework Contract. The estimated cost is Rs. 50,000,000 and bid security is 5 percent of the estimated price, amounting to Rs. 2,500,000, to be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Performance guarantee shall be 5 percent of the contract amount. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable taxes, while Provincial Sales Tax shall be deducted and withheld according to applicable rules. The procuring agency may reject all tenders under Rule 35(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
