Laundry Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Provision of laundry services under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound firms or enterprises registered under applicable laws of Pakistan and fulfilling mandatory Income Tax/NTN and Punjab Revenue Authority requirements. The estimated amount is Rs. 2,900,000 with 2% bid security of Rs. 58,000. Bidders shall submit profiles and separate technical and financial proposals online through Punjab e-Procurement Portal under single stage two envelope procedure, and participation through the e-procurement portal is compulsory. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 19-08-2026 at the conference room of Daanish School Boys, Rahim Yar Khan. Bid submission closes at 11:00 AM on 24-08-2026 and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
