Manufacturing Rcc Manhole Covers Tender Notice
Description
Re-invitation for manufacturing of R.C.C. manhole covers for WASA Lahore from WASA-approved RCC pipe manufacturers registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA Lahore and having Active Filer NTN and PNTN. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage two envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 22-08-2026 and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Digital bid security of 3% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 408,361.35 in favour of WASA Lahore is required and must be verifiable on the e-procurement system. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bids shall be uploaded as PDF and rates quoted against each DNIT/BOQ item in figures and words. Bid validity is 120 days and estimated cost is Rs. 13,612,045.00.
