Supply And Repair Of Store Items And Equipment Tender Notice

Procurement on lot wise basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System from registered firms having Sales Tax registration and Professional Tax Number for supply of store items and repair works on wholesale or retail basis for financial year 2026-27, comprising Lot 1 Operating Expenses including stationery - printing and publication - hot and cold weather charges - POL and Mobil Oil - transportation of goods - conference and seminar expenses - fairs exhibition and national celebration - uniforms - other store items - computer stationery - other items - entertainment and gifts; Lot 2 Repair and Maintenance including repair of machinery and equipment - furniture and fixture - transport - hardware - software and IT equipment; and Lot 3 Purchase of Physical Assets including machinery and equipment - IT items - hardware items. E-bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage two envelope procedure and accompanied by bid security at 5 percent of the estimated price for the relevant lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids are invited on a lot wise basis and late e-bids shall not be entertained.
