Description
Gujranwala Teaching Hospital invites online bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for FY 2026-27 for framework contracts covering general store items, medical gases, CT Scan/MRI/X-ray films, dental items, stationery items, linen items, waste and infection control items, bio-medical accessories, pathology items, IT equipment and repair of IT equipment. Bids must be submitted online by 10:00 AM on 24-08-2026 and opened at 10:30 AM the same day. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items is required. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial offers must be submitted electronically and rates must include applicable federal and provincial taxes. Successful bidders are required to sign the contract and furnish 5% performance guarantee. Physical bid security must also be submitted before the closing time along with its scanned copy uploaded on the e-Procurement System.
