Description
Rehabilitation and improvement of road, sewerage and PCC at UC-247 Kahna Nou, NA-123, PP-158, Lahore Group-II. The estimated cost is Rs. 24,532,955 and earnest money or bid security is Rs. 1,226,648, equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible contractors must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System, with FBR and PRA, possess active filer NTN and PNTN, and hold PEC registration in C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes CE-01, CE-10, CE-11(i) and CE-11(vii). Contractors must also have completed at least two similar projects costing Rs. 20 million during the last five years and maintain bank balance of at least Rs. 10 million. Procurement shall use single stage two envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 24-08-2026 and technical bids opened at 11:00 AM the same day.
