Desktop Computer Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Women University Mardan invites sealed bids from qualified and reputable firms registered with relevant Government of Pakistan Tax Authorities for procurement of 25 desktop computer systems. The entire bidding process will be conducted through EPADS and bids must be submitted electronically by 28th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. A refundable bid security equal to 2 percent of the total bid value must be submitted through Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favor of the Treasurer, Women University Mardan with the Financial Proposal. The Technical Bid will be opened on 28th August 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Procurement Office and the Financial Bid will be opened after completion of technical evaluation. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site before submission and the University may increase or decrease system quantity or capacity as required.
