Supply Of Office It Equipment For District Council Tender Notice

District Council Rawalpindi invites tenders for supply of office IT equipment during the financial year 2026-2027 at an estimated cost of Rs.10.000 million. Interested firms, contractors and bidders must be registered on the EP System and must download tender documents from the EP System and PPRA website and upload bids electronically. No cutting or amendment is permitted in electronically quoted bids. Applicable taxes are payable according to Government of Punjab rules and current PPRA Rules apply. A lowest bidder whose average quoted rates are 5 percent or more below will be required to deposit 10 percent Performance Security within 15 days after receipt of tenders, subject to the stated conditions.
