Framework contract for purchase of printing items for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1.5 million and bid security of Rs. 30,000/-. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals are submitted electronically, with financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders opened subsequently. All quoted rates must include applicable Federal and Provincial taxes, duties, levies and other Government charges. Bids must be submitted by 25 August 2026 at 10:30 AM and technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 AM.
