Purchase Of Building Repair And Maintenance Items Tender Notice

Purchase of items required for repair and maintenance of the office building of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree. Bids are invited from bidders registered with the relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan. The procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must submit fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as refundable bid security in favour of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Bid security must also be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost through the specified procurement websites. In case the scheduled opening date becomes a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be treated as the submission and opening date.
