Security Agency Managed Shrines Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a security agency or company to provide round-the-clock services of armed security guards at Auqaf Managed Shrines in Islamabad. Interested firms must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and active on taxpayer lists and must have a minimum of five years of experience in handling such assignments. Bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the PPRA e-Procurement EPAD System 2.0. Bid security of Rs. 450,000/- refundable is required in the form of a Bank Draft in favour of Deputy Director Auqaf Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be submitted online and the original must be submitted to the Auqaf office before tender opening. Manual bids will not be entertained. In case of a holiday or disturbance on the opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
